I’m happy, I don’t worry. I’m the one who’s worried about the world.

Don’t Worry, Be Happy

Themes:
Emotions

From my childhood, I’ve always been a worried kid. When a fire engine was going to where my house was, I was immediately worried that it was my house that burned. When the teacher said that a student had suspended the exam, I was worried because he sure meant me. When a friend was late for an appointment, I worried thinking he had suffered an accident. When I heard a ghost story, I was worried that a ghost would peek. There were a lot of things I was worried about, but I found that there weren’t really many things worth worrying about. On the other hand, if I didn’t care about anything, suddenly everyone cared. Deep down, in this life, whether you care or not, the truth is that others are going to worry
